3D model done using VXelements and VXmodel from Creaform and a GoScan50 scanner.

These scan was done by one of Andrei Haidu's students.
 
The texture is a 4096x4096pixel PNG

After their processing, Alexis Maldonado added the "Z_UP" tag into the collada, and applied 90deg@X rot, and 90deg@Z rot to get them on the right orientation. They were already centered on the center of the bounding box.
